By accessing and using GeminiClean (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

GeminiClean provides in-browser tools to remove AI-generated watermarks from images and videos. The processing is done locally on the user's device. We do not store, host, or transfer the media files processed by our tool.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will not use it to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyright, or privacy of others.
• Remove watermarks from content that you do not have the legal right or explicit permission to modify.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and the consequences of modifying them. GeminiClean acts only as a technical utility and assumes no responsibility for how you utilize the modified content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are owned by GeminiClean and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GeminiClean makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the watermark removal will be flawless or unnoticeable in all instances.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeminiClean, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
